Sri Lanka: Four CCC cricketers for English league cricket The Daily News - 19 April 1999 Four CCC cricketers will be playing English league cricket as professionals. They are Bradmon Ediriweera, Yasas Tillakaratne, Amal Dalugoda and Nalliah S. Rajan, all of whom have excelled for the Maitland Crescent club in the domestic Premier League. Ediriweera will captain his side playing in the Yorkshire league. This will be his debut season as a professional. Yasas Tillakaratne, younger brother of Sri Lanka Test player Hashan Tillakaratne, will be playing league cricket for the fifth season. As a professional who has also played in Australian Grade cricket, he will be playing in the National League in Scotland. Former Anandian Dalugoda will be playing as a pro in the Nottinghamshire league. he has also played in the Yorkshire league two seasons ago and also figured competitive league cricket in Melbourne, Australia. Ex-Royal all-rounder Rajan is down to play in Malaysia, after playing in the Yorkshire league.
