He said the next Sahara Cup one-day tournament against India is likely to commence between Sept 7 to 10, 1998.
``Although Chief Executive Majid Khan brought home this point to the members of the Pakistan team during a briefing session before their departure for Toronto, they have been advised to contact PCB before signing future contracts,''he said.
The spokesman said with the emergence of enormous cricket talent in the country, a lot of upcoming youngsters are receiving offers from various clubs and minor counties in England to play professional cricket. He pointed the absence of these players along with stars like Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Mushtaq Ahmad, Ejaz Ahmad and others created a vacuum in Pakistan's cricket during the county season which starts from April 10 and ends around Sept 25.
