A superb spell of 6 for 36 off seven overs including a hat-trick by Gamini Mallikarachchi guided Sri Lanka Tea Board to a 20-run win over university of Kelaniya in a Group 'A' match of the Nationalised Services 'E' Division limited-over tournament match at University grounds.
In reply to Tea Board's 171 all out, Kelaniya University team was shot out for 151.
