3rd ODI: India v West Indies at Rajkot

Sourav Ganguly's decision to chase was a well-thought-out one. Rather than have a mediocre bowling try to defend a big total, it was perhaps easier to have a mighty batting line-up chase the total down. That line-up started with Ganguly himself at the top of the order, and his 72 off 83 balls with nine fours on the day was a fine innings, and it was through no fault of his own that it was overshadowed.
