Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly was understandably disappointed
with the result. "To win, we need to take wickets which we did
not do. We just did not look a side that is hungry enough in
these two games. We need to work on our cricket,” he observed
later. His counterpart, Carl Hooper, for his part, praised Gayle
for his match-winning innings. "Gayle batted beautifully," the
West Indies skipper observed.
