Rahul Dravid and Sourav Ganguly put together a rescue act and added 80 runs for the fifth wicket in 20 overs. Ganguly did blossom in the later part of the partnership, but then the going was a bit too slow. Dravid failed to force the issue and could only hang in there to make an unbeaten 49.
