| The Somerley
Player of the Month for November has been selected as Adam Smith
of Scorpions for his all round good results during the month: 88*
and 4 for 30 vs Colts, 72 and 4 for 57 vs Templars, 4 for 34 vs Pakistan
Association. Adam receive a HK$1,000 award from Somerley Limited for
his efforts.
Nasir Hameed
of Pakistan Assoc also had a good month with the bat (108* vs Infidels,
92 vs Scorps).
There were several
other excellent performances during the month.

2000

 The
Somerley Player of the Month for October 2000 is Stewart Brew
(Optimists and Hong Kong Captain). Stewart's current Sunday batting
average is 233. Other strong contenders were Rahul Sharma (Templars)
and Najeeb (Pakistan Association). Congratulations to Stewart on becoming
the first Somerley Player of the Month; he will receive a HK$1,000
award for his efforts.
