CCA YOUTH TOUR TO BERMUDA - AUGUST 12-19, 1999. CCA - 13 Aug 1999 CricInfo report

Canada's youth team played their first game against the Bermuda East All-Stars at Somerset Cricket Club on August 13 1999. Canada Youth scored 129 runs with Aneel Nauth 30 and Ajay Minhas 32, topscorers. Best bowling figures were returned by Oliver Pitcher 10-4-25-5, recent member of the Senior squad visiting Canada. Another tour member, Mackie Crane returned figures of 10-2-19-2, while Delvon Borden's figures were 1.5-0-4-2 to complete the Bermuda standout bowling.

CCA XI went from 51/1 to 66/5 and but for Ajay Minhas's 32 in a minor renewal, results would have been even more dramatic.

Bermuda's team in reply scored 109 for 4 wickets before rains came and stopped play. Christopher Foggo 24, Landro Minors 25 and Oliver Pitcher 21 lead the Bermuda batting. Chris Argunen 2 for 10 and Videsh Sepersaud 1/33 were the Canadian wicket takers.
