- This match was originally schedule for the 29-31 March 1997
but was rescheduled to enable those Matabeleland players
going to Sharjah to catch their plane.
- The scorers did not record overnight scores of the not-out
batsmen.
- Streak took a wicket in each of his first three overs without
conceding a run.
- In the second innings, Streak went off after bowling one ball
of his 14th over, which was completed by Rennie.
- In the Worcestershire second innings, Abrams kept wicket
(taking two catches) in place of Campbell, who was injured;
Campbell resumed on the third morning.
