Played at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, 17-19 June 1981.

Glamorgan won the toss  then  comfortably  achieved  their  first
Championship  win of the season.  Warwickshire were indebted to a
fine century by Amiss (eleven 4s), who was dropped when 36.  From
69  for  one  overnight, Glamorgan blossomed on the second day to
reach their highest total at Sophia Gardens and  their  best   at
home  for  22  years.  Javed Miandad blasted another century with
one  6  and  thirteen  4s.  Hopkins  made  93  and  Moseley   50.
Warwickshire   lost  one wicket before the close and collapsed on
the final day to Nash and Allan Jones.
