double-centuries in the same match.
1st innings, 244 out of 386 in 295 minutes, thirty-one 4's.
2nd innings, 202 out of 313, reaching his century in 69 minutes,
the second fastest century of the season. In all batted 170 minutes,
twenty-seven 4's.
- Fagg scored a century before lunch on the first day and 98 in 90
minutes before lunch on the third day.
- Pearce scored 137, 185 minutes, sixteen 4's.
- Rain prevented any play after lunch on the 3rd day .
