The following are rulings by the MDC in 2013-14:
- SLCC's Chandrin Dissanyake received a 3 match suspension for an incident at KCC on 15th September 2013 that was considered to have breached the HKCA's provisions under the 'Spirit of Cricket'.
- KCC's Afzaal Haider received a 1 match suspension for a Level 1 violation during the KCC Infidels v. KCC Templars match at KCC on 29 September 2013.
- KCC's Imran Arif received a 1 match suspenstion for a Level 1 violation during the KCC Infidels v. KCC Templars match at KCC on 29 September 2013.
- United CC were issued a warning for their team failing to show for U11 League matches on 5th October 2013.
- HKAC were issued a warning for giving insufficient notice of a walk-over in the U13 League match on 6th October 2013.
- USRC/Millennium's Garth Holder received a 1 match suspension for a Level 1 violation during the USRC/Millennium v. KCC Templars match at KCC on 13th October 2013.
- USRC/Millennium's Captain Ilyas Gull received a warning for failing to sign the scoresheet following the USRC/Millennium v. KCC Templars match at KCC on 13th October 2013.
- USRC/Millennium were issued a warning for making a false entry into the ResultsVault system following the USRC/Millennium v. KCC Templars match on 13th October 2013.
- Vagabonds CC were issued a warning for their team failing to show for their U16 League match against HKCC Witherers on 13th October 2013.
- KCC's Devang Shah received a 1 match suspension for a Level 1 violation at KCC during the KCC Tartars v. KCC Saracens match at KCC on 19th October 2013.
- LSW's Niaz Ali received a 1 match suspension for a Level 1 violation during the LSW Knights v. KCC Infidels match at on 20th October 2013.
- The Vagabonds U16 team have been suspended from further participation in the HKCA Under-16 League following their failure to appear for matches on 13th October 2013 and 19th October 2013.
- The HKAC U13 team have been suspended from further participation in the HKCA Under-13 League following their failure to appear for matches on 6th October 2013 and 13th November 2013.
- The Pakistan Association were issued a warning letter for attempting to play over-age players in the Under-13 League match against LSW Tigers on 17th November 2013. The match result was awarded to LSW Tigers.
- The captain of Taipans CC received a first warning for failing to bowl at the required over rate during the Saturday Championship match against LSW Sarjan on 28th December 2013. Any further report of slow over-rate may result in suspension of the captain of the team.
- The captains of KCC Templars and LSW JKN received a first warning for failing to bowl at the required overrate during their Sunday Championship match at KCC on 12th January 2014. Any further report of slow over-rate may result in suspension of the captain of the team.
- LSW's Moner Ahmed received a 1 match suspension for Level 1 violation during the KCC Templars v. LSW JKN match at KCC on 12th January 2014.
- LSW's Sarfaraz Khan received an official reprimand following an incident during the KCC Templars v. LSW JKN match at KCC on 12th January 2014.
- LSW's Niaz Ali received a 1 match suspension for a Level 1 violation during the HKCC Optimists v. LSW Knights match at HKCC on 26th January 2014.
- CCC Hung See's Willis Ho received a 1 match suspension for Level 1 violation during the CCC Hung See v. Laguna Gully match at PKVR Park on 22nd February 2014.
- KCC Tartars were penalised for playing 2 Premier League players in the match against HKU on 15th February 2014. KCC Tartars will forfeit the match and maximum match points will be awarded to HKU.
- KCC Crusaders were penalised for playing 2 Premier League players in the match against Pakistan Association on 22nd February 2014. KCC Crusaders will forfeit the match and maximum match points will be awarded to Pakistan Association.
- KCC's Imran Arif received a 2 match suspension for a Level 1 violation during the match between KCC Templars and Vagabonds on 16th March 2014. This is Imran Arif's second offensive in the 2013-14 season.
- Rafaqat Ali received a suspension for two Premier League matches (and all leagues below) following an off-the-field incident on 10th April 2014 at Mission Road during the PACC v. KCC Premier League T20 match. The ban will only apply to the 2013-14 season.
- The Independents Premier League team received a warning letter for giving a walk-over against HKCC on 27th April 2014 at Hong Kong Cricket Club.
Penalty Point Dedctions:
- The LSW ECCA U11 team lost all match points and received a warning for failing to have an adult supervisor present during a game on 21st September 2013.
- Centaurs were penalised 2 points for failing to provide umpires for the match between Taipan CC and Pakistan Association on 14th October 2013.
- Taipan CC were penalised 2 points for failing to provide umpires for the match between Centaurs and Lamma on 25th January 2014.
- KCC Crusaders were penalised 2 points for failing to provide umpires for the match between Kai Tak CC and Pakistan Association on 8th March 2014.
- KCC Tartars were penalised 2 points for failing to provide umpires for the match between Kai Tak CC and HKU CC on 22nd March 2014.
