Bedfordshire v Derbyshire, NatWest Trophy The Electronic Telegraph - 23 June 1999 Derbyshire cruised to a six-wicket victory over Bedfordshire with 10 overs to spare at Luton, making 190 for four. It was, though, a memorable day for Will Sneath, 21, who took the wicket of Australian Test opener Michael Slater for 22 - having backed himself at 16-1 to do just that. Sneath also dismissed Robin Weston but Adrian Rollins made 80 to ensure that there were no serious alarms for the first-class county.
