Brian Lara's West Indies defeated Pakistan by 30 runs

West Indies beat Pakistan by 30 runs in Dhaka on Thursday to set up a semi-final clash against India in the nine-nation Wills International Cup limited-overs tournament.

The West Indians piled up 289-9 in their 50 overs and restricted Pakistan to 259-9 after left-arm spinner Keith Arthurton took 4-31.

World Cup champions Sri Lanka take on South Africa in the first semi-final on Friday. The West Indies play India on Saturday.
