East Zone beat West Zone by a margin of 4 wickets. East Zone decided to make use of the wicket after their skipper won the toss. The number of overs were reduced to 36 due to bad weather. In it's stipulated overs, West Zone were all out for 127. None of thier batsmen, with the exception of Digant Popat (20) and Sangram Bagul (24), made significant contributions. Mrigen Talukdar, Mithun Chakraborthy, and Anirban Chatterjee claimed two wickets each and Debashish Mandal accounted for the dismissal of 3 batsmen.

For East Zone, Sandeep Vig, Abhishek Jhunjhunwala and Subit Biswal scored 25, 33 and, 28 runs respectively to ensure victory for East Zone in 34 overs after losing 6 wickets. Udai Karavadra emerged as the most successful West Zone bowler, claiming 4 wickets for 25 runs in 8 overs.
