Hollioake was the man of the series when England beat Australia 3-0 the last time the countries played one-day matches in 1997 and he looked in equally strong form.
His performance put the Englishmen on their way to 281 for seven from 50 overs, a target which proved too much for the Country side who were bowled out for 228 in 49.5 overs.
Hollioake, overlooked for the Ashes series, came to the crease with his side struggling at 83 for four in the 20th over but scored runs from a tiring attack and struck 10 boundaries to all parts of the ground.
He was well-supported by younger brother Ben (51) while Mark Alleyne added an unbeaten 52 from 49 balls, including a massive six over midwicket off the final delivery of the innings.
Brad Smith was the pick of the Country bowlers with three for 39 from eight overs while Wayne Smith picked up two for 33 from his seven overs.
Controlled English bowling ensured Country never looked capable in a big target on a damp outfield despite the determined efforts of Brian May (59), David Todd (42) and Shane Rynne (44 not out).
Country moved solidly to 86 for one after 22 overs before Todd holed out to Gavin Hamilton at deep square leg from spinner Ashley Giles.
Robert Croft was introduced midway through the innings and slowed the Country batting to finish with two for 28 off seven overs, including the wicket of May, who was well stumped by John Crawley.
Crawley, who continued his poor batting form with a 19, performed well behind the stumps with three catches while Alleyne backed up his batting effort with three for 31.
The game was the first outing for the English one-day squad who will contest the one-day series against Australia and world champions, Sri Lanka, next month.
