Then his medium pace collected three Worcestershire wickets, including that of home captain Tom Moody. But on a day when politicians were counting the cost of the Worcester Woman factor in the elections, it was Worcester man, in the shape of David Leatherdale, who decided this campaign with four wickets for 13 in six overs. Moody and Graeme Hick set Worcestershire on the way to a second victory in three days with a second- wicket stand of 69 in 13 overs. But Hick, after scoring 28 off 40 deliveries, hooked into deep fine leg`s hands. In five innings in all competitions so far he has scored only 74 runs.
