ing centuries at grade level by increasing his impressive record
by 210 not out runs. This out of 333, his dominance shown by a
141 run partnership with Matthew Bolton who was out for 26.
University 4-333 d Footscray
Franktson Peninsula came up just short against Richmond, a lack
of consistency was the problem as three players scored 50's but
were offered little support. Glen (55) Bradley (65) and Graf (49)
were the main scorers.
Frankston Peninsula 239 lost to Richmond
A good bowling performance saw St Kilda bowled out for 177 in
response to Hawthorns 300.

Northcote enforced the follow on against Waverly Dandenong.
Quick bowler Troy Corbett took 4 for 39 and DW fell for 182,
Ian Har- vey (31) Brain Lambert (39) and Michael DeMattia (28*)
were the principle scorers. It was a better second innings for
DW as they made 2-161, Bartlett (64) and Stein (50*) scoring well

Geelong declared at the overnight score and this time it wasn't
quick quick Quick who did the damage but legsinner Brad Stacey
who took 5 for 42. Most of the South Melbourne batsmen scored
runs but never went on. South appeared to miss Damien Fleming!.
Geelong 8-269 d South Melbourne 233
Dissappointment at North Melbourne as for the second game in a
row we were unable to force a result. At the end of the day
Prahran were 9-312 chasing our magnificient 385. Opener Deon
Kratz was the principle of Prahrans innings, O'Keef with 50 Daish
with 34 and the lower order players Moore and Milosz added 20's
but the last pair were required to and did survive the last 5
overs. Grace best of the bowlers with 3-56. Damn.!
North Melbourne 9-385 drew with Prahran 9-312
